We would like to introduce you to the Brunel Masters Motorsports team. 21 highly motivated postgraduate students form our organization. The team comprises a diverse cultural background from ten different nations around the world and the common goal of building a winning single-seater racing car for the 2007 Formula Student and SAE Racing events. Drawing upon our experiences from various industries and the knowledge learned at Brunel University we aim to create an interesting package as well as the winning concept.

This is the formidable task that every member of the BMM team faces, as he gets involved in the MSc Automotive and Motorsport course at Brunel University. Brunel Masters Motorsport is perhaps one of the unique teams, in that the car is taken from concept to reality in 8 months, working flat-out; a race of attrition on its own. Team management lessons learnt here are probably as close as it gets to reality.
